PT Super Energy Tbk. ("Company") hereby informs the disclosure of information regarding a set of internal corporate action of the Company that occurred on 6 November 2020, which are conducted in 2 (two) phases as follows :

1. Purchase of Shares and acquisition of shares ownership of PT Energy Mina Abadi ("EMA") by the Company; and

2. Increase of capital at the Company's subsidiary, PT EMA and change of the Company's group structure.
