RELATED TO AFFILIATED TRANSACTION AND MATERIAL TRANSACTION PLAN

PT SUPER ENERGY TBK.

PT Super Energy Tbk. ("Company") hereby informs the disclosure of information regarding a plan of affiliated transaction and material transaction to be implemented by the Company in 2 (two) stages an order as follows:

1. Novation of receivables of PT Super Capital Indonesia ("SCI") at PT Energy Mina Abadi ("EMA") to the Company and occurrence of the Company's debt to SCI; and

2. Conversion of the Company's receivables at EMA into shares in EMA.

(herein reffered to "KI Affiliated & Material Transaction Plan").

In submitting KI Affiliated & Material Transaction Plan, refer to Article 17 FInancial Services Authority Regulation No. 17/POJK.04/2020 of 2020 regarding Material Transactions and Change of Business Activities, there are several documents that need to be submitted, namely:

1. Independent Appraisal Report:

2. Statement Letter of the Board of Directors of the Company; and

3. Statement Letter of the Board of Directors and the Board of the Commissioners of the Company.
